Location: Bangkok (field-based) Employment: Full-time
Budget: 35,000 / month base + Quarterly commission 0.51.5% of sales + Fuel allowance THB 1,000 - 3,000 / month

Role Summary

Drive sell-in/sell-out and open new doors in Bangkok & vicinity for FMCG/Personal Care products. You will build strong in-store presence, execute promotions, and keep a disciplined route plan (call cycle) to hit monthly targets. One role focuses on GT stores; the other on MT listings and store activation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Acquire & grow accounts
    1. GT: Open new traditional shops, expand assortment and visibility.
    2. MT: Work with buyers to list SKUs, launch promotions, and manage store activation.
  2. Deliver targets: Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and distribution KPIs (coverage, strike rate, new outlets/SKUs, SOS/OSA).
  3. Route & reporting: Plan daily route plan/call cycle; submit weekly pipeline and market reports (sell-in/sell-out, competitor activity).
  4. In-store execution: Negotiate and implement promotions, secondary displays, POP/planogram compliance; ensure price/stock accuracy.
  5. Cross-functional coordination: Work with pricing, trade marketing, demand planning, and warehouse on orders, stocks, and delivery windows.
  6. Customer management: Build relationships with shop owners/buyers; handle issues on returns, damages, and overdue (as assigned).

Qualifications

  1. 5+ years sales experience with Bangkok-area FMCG distributors/brands in either GT or MT (must know the route base and listing process).
  2. Strong network and hands-on knowledge of GT stores or MT chains in Bangkok & vicinity.
  3. Able to communicate English.
  4. Own vehicle + license for field visits.
  5. Comfortable with Excel and simple LINE/online reporting; disciplined with call-cycle compliance and sales admin.
  6. Basic Burmese communication is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  1. Base salary: THB 35,000 (experience-based)
  2. Quarterly commission: 0.51.5% of sales (pre-VAT)
  3. Fuel allowance: THB 1,000 - 3,000 / month (field intensity)
