Position: Accounting & Finance Manager (Manufacturing)

Location:  Pathum Thani, Thailand (onsite)

We are seeking a highly motivated and internationally minded Accounting and Finance Manager to oversee accounting and financial operations across multiple countries or regions. The ideal candidate will have strong regional or global accounting experience, demonstrate ambition to continuously learn new accounting standards, and possess the flexibility to work across different time zones and locations when required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee end-to-end accounting and finance operations across regional or global entities.
-  Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
-  Monitor and implement accounting standards and regulatory requirements for new countries or markets.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reports for regional or global stakeholders.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities across multiple jurisdictions.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes at regional or global level.
- Support business expansion into new countries by setting up accounting processes, controls, and reporting structures.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and risk management frameworks.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and global headquarters to align financial strategies.
- Be flexible to work late hours, weekends, or travel as required to support global operations and reporting timelines.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification is a strong advantage.
- Minimum 7–10 years of accounting and finance experience, with proven exposure to regional or global operations (Manufacturing background is preferred).
- Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS and/or US GAAP); experience implementing accounting standards in multiple countries is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with consolidation, intercompany transactions, and multi-currency accounting.
- Experience working in a multinational company or shared service environment.
