Key Responsibilities

- Achieve and consistently exceed assigned annual revenue targets and sales objectives for the food microbiology product line.
- Systematically identify, qualify, and secure large-scale tenders, long-term supply agreements, and corporate contracts with Tier 1 food manufacturers and accredited commercial testing laboratories.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting business opportunities and providing timely updates to senior management regarding market development and sales progress.
- Cultivate and maintain high-value, lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the target market segments, including: Food Manufacturers (QA/QC, Procurement, R&D, Contract Testing Laboratories, Academic Institutions and Universities, Regulatory Authorities.
- Act as the brand ambassador, ensuring a consistent and positive customer experience that reinforces our commitment to food safety and diagnostic excellence.
- Collaborate closely with technical support and product specialists to deliver compelling product presentations, technical demonstrations, and customized training programs for customers.
- Provide subject matter expertise during the sales cycle, effectively articulating the technical value proposition and return on investment (ROI) of our diagnostic solutions.
- Conduct continuous surveillance of the competitive landscape, including monitoring competitor product launches, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns.
Gather comprehensive feedback on market trends, emerging food safety challenges, and evolving customer needs, and distill this intelligence into actionable recommendations for management and product development teams.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Food Science, Life Sciences, or related field is a plus.
- At least 5 years of sales experience in microbiology diagnostics (food microbiology focus is a plus), or food industry solutions with a deep understanding of food microbiology workflows e.g., culture media, pathogen detection, shelf-life testing, and hygiene monitoring.
-  Strong B2B sales experience with food manufacturers, QA/QC labs, or accredited service labs.
- Good communication skills in Thai & English.
