Assistant HR Manager (Food Manufacturing)

Location: Wiang Chai, Chiang Rai
Working hours: Monday - Friday (8:00-17:00) & Saturday (Half day).

Responsibilities:

• Training and Development: Identify and assess training needs across all departments. Design and implement engaging training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make improvements.
• Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead recruitment efforts by managing job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews. Facilitate a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires.
• Employee Relations and Welfare: Manage employee welfare programs and benefits. Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and management to promote positive relations and resolve workplace issues.
• HR Compliance and Policy: Ensure all HR operations and policies comply with Thai labor laws and company regulations. Oversee employee contracts and disciplinary actions, and prepare compliance reports for management.
• Payroll Management: Supervise the payroll process, verifying the accuracy of timekeeping, allowances, and statutory deductions like Social Security Office (SSO) and taxes. Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience in the food manufacturing industry, or factories is a plus.
• Good communication in English.
• In-depth knowledge of Thai labor law and HR best practices.
• Proven hands-on experience in recruitment, training, and employee relations.
• Familiarity with payroll systems, such as the HumanSoft system, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
