Facility Supervisor (Manufacturing, Northern)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance (PM/CM) of core utilities, including HVAC, power systems (Electrical/UPS/Generators), compressed air, water/WWTP, chillers, LPG, and fire protection.
• Lead internal technicians and external service providers; foster safety culture and technical excellence.
• Manage OPEX, spare parts, and utilities budget while driving cost optimization and energy-saving initiatives.
• Ensure full adherence to local safety, environmental, and energy laws; handle inspections and audits with government and industrial estate authorities.
• Support CAPEX projects, equipment upgrades, facility expansions, and drive continuous improvement (Kaizen).
• Maintain up-to-date technical records (P&IDs, SLDs, SOPs) and track performance KPIs for management reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Over years in industrial/manufacturing Utilities & Facilities operations with 3 years in a supervisory role managing technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of industrial utility systems, CAPEX/OPEX management, energy management, and CMMS.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication, and authority-coordination capabilities.
• Able to relocate.
