Safety Manager (System Integration, BTS Line)

Responsibilities:

• Establish EHS policies and procedures tailored for Data Center environments and System Integration projects. Ensure 100% compliance with Thai labor laws and environmental regulations.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and job safety analyses (JSA) for office and site-based activities.
• Lead investigations into any workplace accidents or near-misses, providing root-cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs for employees and contractors to ensure a high level of safety awareness.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the Global EHS Leader in China, providing regular reports and aligning local practices with global EHS initiatives.
• Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure safety is integrated into the design and execution phases of SI projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering preferred).
• Proven experience in EHS Management within the Electronics, System Integration, or Data Center sectors.
• Strong understanding of high-voltage safety, fire suppression systems, and cooling infrastructure (Data Center specific).
• Fluency in Thai and English is required.
• Deep knowledge of Thai EHS laws and international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
• Ability to work independently in a "startup" entity environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Flexibility to travel as required to coordinate site visits and project audits.
• Availability to start ASAP.
