Production Manager - Cooling System

Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage all aspects of the production process for refrigerator systems, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
• Direct and mentor a large team of production staff, supervisors, and leads, fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and high performance.
• Develop and implement production strategies, plans, and budgets to meet company goals and operational targets.
• Optimize manufacturing layouts, workflows, and equipment to maximize productivity and minimize waste (Lean Manufacturing principles).
• Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards, safety regulations, and environmental compliance.
• Collaborate effectively with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Sales teams to align production schedules with overall business objectives.Analyze performance data and key metrics, preparing comprehensive reports for senior management and driving corrective actions where necessary.

Qualifications: 

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Production Manager or in a similar senior leadership role within a relevant manufacturing industry (e.g., HVAC, refrigeration, large-scale appliance, or complex mechanical systems).
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and lead large production teams (50+ employees).
• Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality systems (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and motivate teams.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory, as the role requires regular communication with international stakeholders and reporting to global management.
• A Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or equivalent field) is preferred.
• Willingness and ability to relocate as required by business needs.
