Responsibilities:

  • Establish clear quality control procedures and define key criteria for inspection and performance evaluation.

  • Set measurable indicators to assess and maintain product and process quality throughout production.

  • Oversee the entire manufacturing workflow and conduct periodic inspections to detect potential issues at an early stage.

  • Investigate technical problems to identify their root causes and propose effective corrective measures.

  • Document findings, non-conformities, and improvement actions in detailed quality reports.

  • Define, implement, and monitor quality objectives to ensure continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and strengthen customer satisfaction.

  • Coordinate closely with related departments to drive process improvements and optimize product performance.

  • Design and refine inspection techniques to evaluate materials and finished goods.

  • Recommend adjustments or process enhancements to improve product standards and reduce defects.

  • Ensure compliance with both internal and external quality regulations and standards.

  • Participate in problem-solving discussions and contribute innovative ideas for quality improvement.

  • Establish and maintain systems that promote consistency, precision, and reliability throughout production operations.

  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in a Quality Engineering or similar technical role.
    • Strong communication skills with good command of English and/or Chinese.
    • Solid knowledge of statistical tools and data interpretation techniques.
    • Ability to comprehend and apply technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
    • Competent in mathematical calculations and analytical reasoning.
    • Highly skilled in using computer systems, software, and digital tools for quality control.
    • Excellent team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
    • Possesses strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
