Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Implementation:

- Develop, execute, and monitor long-term global marketing strategies to support market entry, expansion, and revenue growth.
- Translate business objectives into actionable marketing and sales initiatives.
Market Analysis:

- Conduct in-depth market research, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
- Provide insights and recommendations for business expansion into new international markets.

Global Sales & Team Management:
- 
Lead and manage global sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
- Build strong collaboration between sales, marketing, and business development teams across different regions.

Coordination with Product Development:
- 
Partner with product development teams to align marketing strategies with product innovation and customer needs.
- Provide feedback on product positioning, pricing, and market fit.

Marketing Campaigns (Online/Offline):
- 
Design, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing and sales campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Manage brand presence, ensuring consistent messaging globally.

Website Development & Management:
- 
Oversee corporate website development, optimization, and content management to enhance customer engagement and lead generation.
- Ensure digital assets reflect brand identity and market strategy.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- 
Track and analyze marketing and sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior leadership.
- Recommend adjustments to strategies based on performance outcomes and market shifts.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 - 10 years of experience in international marketing and sales strategy, preferably within a trading or global environment.
- Strong track record in managing global teams and delivering measurable growth results.
- Experience in both B2B and B2C environments is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Willing to travel internationally for business needs for a short-term assignment.
