Demand and Planning Supervisor

Job Description 

• Lead demand forecasting and planning by analyzing sales history, market trends, and business insights to improve forecast accuracy.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams to align demand plans, inventory levels, and S&OP activities.
• Monitor inventory performance, identify supply risks, and implement planning improvements to optimize product availability.
• Prepare planning reports and dashboards, leveraging data analysis to support business decisions and drive continuous process improvements.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related discipline with 3–5 years of demand planning or supply chain planning experience.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools; experience with SAP APO, Oracle Demantra, or other planning systems is an advantage.
• Good understanding of demand forecasting, inventory management, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
• Good command of English.
