Responsibility:

  • Maintenance & Reliability: Plan and execute both preventive and predictive maintenance for core PCB process machines (such as drilling, plating, and AOI) to minimize downtime.
  • Installation & Qualification: Lead the setup of new machines and handle the technical qualification process (Q, OQ, PQ) along with all necessary documentation.
  • Troubleshooting: Analyze why failures happen and implement permanent fixes for electrical, mechanical, and software control systems.
  • Continuous Improvement: Upgrade and automate solutions to improve machine lifespan and utilization metrics like MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure) and MTTR (Mean Time to Repair).
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure all equipment meets safety and environmental standards, maintaining documentation in line with ISO/TS requirements.
  • Training: Act as a technical mentor by training technicians and operators on how to handle and care for the equipment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Electronic, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a PCB-related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in equipment maintenance or engineering.
  • Strong grasp of PCB manufacturing, electrical controls, and mechanical principles.
  • Proven problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in Chinese is a significant plus.
