Director of Investor Relations (Conglomerate Business)

Industry: Energy Business & Others. (Well-known Conglomerate Business in Thailand)
Location: Bangkok (near BTS/MRT)
Working hours: Monday-Friday (8:00-17:00 hrs.)

Responsibilities: 

• Strategic Counsel & Communication
  Investor Confidence: Design and implement a proactive investor relations program to clearly articulate the companys vision, strategy, and financial narrative, fostering strong confidence and belief in the company's long-term value proposition among the financial community.
  Strategic Advisory: Act as a key advisor to the CEO and CFO, providing actionable counsel on business strategy by translating and integrating the expectations and attitudes of financial regulators, sell-side analysts, and institutional investors.
  Corporate Reputation: Create and maintain a strong corporate reputation and brand image by ensuring consistent, transparent, and accurate communication between internal management and all external stakeholders.
  Market Communication: Direct the creation, preparation, and distribution of high-quality external communications, including quarterly earnings materials, investor presentations, press releases, and SEC filings (in partnership with Legal/Finance), ensuring compliance and clarity.
• Investor Engagement & Relationship Management
  Relationship Management: Evaluate, improve, and actively maintain positive, long-term relationships with a diverse group of investors, including institutional shareholders, retail investors, and financial analysts globally.
  Feedback Loop & Counseling: Systematically collect, analyze, and communicate the financial expectations and market sentiment of the investment community back to the executive management team, counseling them on strategies necessary to align operational performance with market goals.
• Analysis & Market Intelligence
  Market Intelligence: Proactively monitor, analyze, and present complex financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder issues, and any other market factors that could impact the business.
  Competitor Research: Monitor and analyze investment research and provide timely, actionable competitor intelligence, including analysis of market perceptions, to the CEO and CFO.
  Financial Presentation: Lead the analysis and presentation of complex operational and financial performance data to both internal leadership and the external investment community.
• Administration & Compliance
  Digital Presence: Oversee and maintain a comprehensive and active investor relations section on the corporate website, ensuring the timely publication of the latest financial reports, stock prices, regulatory filings, and press releases in full compliance with market and regulatory requirements.
  

Qualifications:

• Master's or bachelor's degree in Finance or related fields.
• At least 8 years of experience in Investor Relations functions with at least 5 years of experience at a supervisor level or higher.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written. 
• Willing to frequently travel both upcountry and abroad.
• Working well either as a team player or an independent agent when required.
• Mature, result-oriented, adaptable to changes, and well-organized.
