Production Planning Supervisor

Budget: 40,000 - 65,000 THB

Working: Monday to Saturday

Report to: Production Manager

Location: Chiang Mai

Role Purpose:

- Own the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and materials plan for ceramicware

- Convert demand and confirmed orders into a capacity-feasible plan that meets service, cost, and inventory targets while respecting kiln constraints, colorway batching, and long cycle times.

Key Responsibilities & Activities:

1) Planning Operations

- Build weekly/daily MPS from forecasts, firm orders, and inventory policy

- Generate planned orders for clay

- Create capacity-feasible plans by workcenter

- Optimize kiln loading sequences

- Plan for shrinkage factors, yield
