Job Responsibilities

  • Act as a change management representative to receive customer requests via phone calls, verbal communication, or Microsoft Teams meetings as required.
  • Manage, control, prepare, and execute change requests and work plans in line with established change management procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure changes are implemented smoothly and with minimal impact.
  • Clarify customer requirements, analyze needs, and propose suitable solutions based on existing systems, devices, and network infrastructure.
  • Document change activities, approvals, and outcomes accurately for audit and tracking purposes.

  • Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of relevant working experience in a network-related role.
  • Experience in Network Operations and Network Administration environments.
  • Hands-on experience with formal change management processes.
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including firewalls, access lists, and Network Address Translation (NAT).
  • Basic knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and load balancing concepts.
  • Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
