Responsibilities:
- Identify Inefficiencies: Analyze existing production workflows to identify bottlenecks, waste, and areas for improvement.
- Implement Lean Solutions: Lead and execute Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen projects to optimize production lines.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use KPIs and data analytics to track performance and justify process changes.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Production, Quality Assurance (QA), and Engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
- Standardization: Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and food safety standards.
- Training & Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement by training staff on Lean methodologies.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in process improvement or industrial engineering, specifically within the Food Manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Bachelors degree in industrial engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) is highly preferred.
- Excellent command of English (Written & Spoken).
- Strong understanding of food safety standards (GMP, HACCP, BRC, or ISO 22000).
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to influence others at all levels.
