Responsibilities:

  • Performance Leadership: Execute aggressive sales strategies and growth plans to exceed revenue targets and increase market share in the B2B sector.
  • Team Excellence: Coach and mentor a team of KA Sales Managers, optimizing workflows and elevating professional service standards.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive competitive analysis and market research to pivot strategies and influence company-wide KA policies.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in any related field
  2. 15+ years in B2B sales or Key Account Management, ideally within the MRO or Industrial Products industry.
  3. Head or Director with proven track record of managing sales teams and driving performance in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Connections with decision makers in leading MNC industrial, MRO, energy, construction, and hardware companies
  5. Professional fluency in Mandarin, Thai, and English is mandatory for cross-border collaboration and stakeholder management.
