Associate Director of Product Development

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with overall business objectives across multiple digital platforms.
• Manage and develop cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Product Owners, and Designers, to deliver high-quality products.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and continuous improvement, applying agile methodologies and data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive product innovation and enhance user experience and business performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3–4 years in a leadership role managing cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience delivering digital products across web and mobile platforms, with strong knowledge of agile tools and practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior executives.
• Strategic and analytical mindset, with experience using product metrics to drive decisions; familiarity with emerging technologies is a plus.
