ICT Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Install, relocate, and decommission IT equipment within the Data Center
• Provide basic troubleshooting support for servers, networks, and related systems
• Coordinate with external vendors and engineers
• Handle and manage incident tickets, including documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, ICT, Network, Telecommunications, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome)
• Prior experience in a Data Center environment is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and IT fundamentals
