Regional Business Manager (SEA)

Regional Business Manager (Up to 100K) + Commission

1. Achieve overseas business (Europe and America markets) sales targets in
accordance with the marketing plan;
2. Be responsible for collecting market information in the jurisdiction and analyzing
competitors, and completing the compilation and analysis of market research
reports;
3. Formulate overseas market positioning and product positioning based on
market research results;
4. Follow up and resolve inventory products and slow-moving inventory;
5. Coordinate and handle customer complaints;
6. Collect accounts receivable;
7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job requirements

1. More than 3 years of customer development experience in the industry (such as
battery cell, 3C consumer electronics sales, etc.) or more than 5 years of sales
experience in other related industries.
2. English proficiency for daily communication; proficiency in small languages is a
plus (such as Italian, Spanish, etc.).
3. Willing to travel on business; those with Southeast Asia visas are preferred;
4. Good professional ethics; recognition of the company's corporate culture and
business philosophy.
5. Outgoing personality, quick response, strong expression ability, excellent
communication skills, interpersonal skills, and affability.
6. Certain market analysis and judgment capabilities, good customer service
awareness, and strong self-drive.
7. Responsible and able to work under great pressure.
