IT Software Manager

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and information security management aligned with HQ strategy
• Manage IT budget, assets, vendors, and oversee IT infrastructure, systems, and data center operations
• Ensure network, system, and data security (backup, disaster recovery, access control, monitoring, audits)
• Lead IT team and support enterprise systems (Windows/Linux, M365, SAP), network, and end-user devices lifecycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Security, or related field (manufacturing experience preferred)
• Minimum 8 years in IT infrastructure, network, data center, and security management
• Strong technical skills in servers, networks, firewalls, cloud/container or hyper-converged systems; SAP/M365 knowledge is a plus
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with strong English (Chinese is a plus)
