HR Manager

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end local HR operations and partnering closely with the local leadership team to support business goals. This role will work in close coordination with the Human Resources Director, Asia, to implement HR policies, initiatives, and strategic projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all core HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, and cross-functional HR initiatives.
  • Design and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Review, enhance, and ensure compliance of HR policies and procedures while providing strategic input to key business decisions.
  • Establish structured talent development frameworks, conduct ongoing talent reviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to deliver timely, high-quality recruitment outcomes.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to strengthen the companys attractiveness in the talent market. Manage recruitment marketing activities across multiple channels (e.g., social media), and build partnerships with universities, educational institutions, and external organizations for talent pipelines and internship programs.
  • Partner with senior leaders to identify organizational training needs and oversee the planning and delivery of mandatory and developmental programs, both online and in-person.
  • Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement and productivity. Manage employee relations matters, ensure consistent application of HR policies, and oversee the full performance management cycle, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback processes.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to enhance HR processes and employee experience. Develop clear documentation, workflows, and guidelines to standardize HR practices and support retention strategies.
  • Lead and support strategic HR projects related to organizational development, change management, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop short- and long-term workforce plans and workload forecasts based on business trends, historical data, and operational needs to ensure adequate staffing levels.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development.

- Solid hands-on experience across all HR disciplines, including recruitment, performance management, compensation, and employee relations.

- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulatory requirements.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.

- Highly organized, results-driven, and detail-oriented, with strong integrity and the ability to handle confidential information.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Strong in English.
