About the job Customer Service, Chinese Speaking (Freight Forwarding)

Location: Khlong Toei, Bangkok
Working hours: Monday - Friday (8:30-17:30)
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for docking, communication, and maintenance of customer problems and needs.
- Coordinate and link up all functions within the branch, and feedback and track and solve customer problems and needs.
- Flexible handling of various emergencies to ensure the smooth shipment of goods.
- In the process, there is a sense of deep excavation of potential resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of international logistics industry customer service experience.
- Proficient in Thai and Chinese.
- Strong customer service awareness and communication and coordination skill.
