Logistics Manager

Overview:

Oversee the end-to-end supply chain, focusing on the import of raw materials and the export of finished beverages across Southeast Asia. You will ensure regulatory compliance, manage logistics partners, and optimize warehouse and inventory operations. Report directly to Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Import/Export: Manage full-cycle customs clearance in Thailand; handle documentation and maintain relationships with brokers and government agencies.
• Logistics & Distribution: Optimize sea, air, and land freight. Manage 3PL providers and negotiate shipping contracts.
• Operations: Oversee warehouse activities, inventory control, and demand forecasting to prevent stockouts.
• Strategy: Implement logistics software (TMS/WMS) and improve performance metrics like cost-per-unit and on-time delivery.
• Compliance: Ensure all activities meet Thai customs laws and food safety standards (GMP/HACCP).

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 8+ years in Logistics/Supply Chain, ideally within the Food & Beverage industry.
• Deep knowledge of Thai customs regulations and Southeast Asian export trade.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP)
• Proficient in ERP or Logistics software; experience with Cold Chain or perishable goods is a major plus
• Experience with perishable goods is a plus
• Fluent in Thai and English
