Accountant (Fluent in Chinese)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Accountant to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will bridge the communication gap between our local operations and international stakeholders while ensuring our financial records remain precise, compliant, and transparent.

Job Responsibilities

• Financial Operations: Manage document review and accounting for various subjects. This includes voucher preparation, accounting review, and the compilation of financial statements to ensure 100% data accuracy.
• Ledger Oversight: Review the accuracy, legality, and compliance of all documents related to the general ledger, ensuring all reviews are completed within set deadlines.
• Tax Compliance: Handle the company's monthly, semi-annual, and annual tax accounting and declarations. You will be responsible for tracking, collecting, and filing essential tax documents, including tax invoices and returns.
• System Optimization: Assist in the standardization and informatization of the financial accounting system to improve efficiency and data integrity.
• Audit Coordination: Serve as a key point of contact for financial statement audits and other internal/external audit activities, maintaining proactive communication across all departments.

Job Requirements

• Experience: At least 3+ years of professional financial experience. Familiarity with the manufacturing industry's accounting processes and tax declarations is highly preferred.
• Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive mastery of Thai Accounting Standards and the Thai Tax Standards.
• Language Skills: Mandarin Chinese: Fluent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills are essential for reporting and collaboration.
• Soft Skills: A rigorous and meticulous approach to work. You should possess strong learning agility and the ability to coordinate effectively across different departments.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and professional financial/ERP software.
