The Opportunity

Core Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Proactively identify and "excavate" new customer opportunities within the Thai market.
- Technical Solutioning: Facilitate technical communications between customers and engineering teams to ensure project feasibility.
- Contract Management: Manage the full sales cycle, including quotations, negotiations, and contract finalization for new product lines.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to provide actionable data to the leadership team.
- Relationship Management: Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive relationship building and efficient complaint resolution.
Candidate Profile
- Background: Open to Thai nationals or expatriates based in Thailand.
- Language: Strong command of English and/or Chinese (Mandarin).
- Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in an electronics or engineering-related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the electronics or related tech industries.
- Competencies: Proven track record in B2B sales, strong teamwork ethics, and a goal-oriented mindset.
