ESH Supervisor / Manager (Prachinburi, Fluent English)

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate risks in our chemical plating and metalworking processes. Work with the leadership team to make safety a top priority in every department.
• Ensure the plant follows all Thai safety and environmental laws. Lead accident investigations and file all necessary reports to the government on time.
• Maintain ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards. Use EHS software (like Benchmark EHS) to track audits and fix safety issues.
• Create and run safety training for all employees (onboarding, chemical safety, emergency response). Coach managers on how to be safe leaders.
• Manage waste, wastewater, and chemical storage. Lead "green" initiatives to help the company meet its sustainability goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be a Registered Professional Safety Officer 
• 7–10 years of experience in EHS, with at least 3 years in a management or supervisor role.
• Experience in high-risk industries like chemical plating, metalworking, machining, or welding.
• Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of Thai EHS regulations. 
• Good command of English (TOEIC 600)
