Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Key Account customers consigned by overseas partners, ensuring seamless coordination and service delivery.
- Act as the liaison between the local office, overseas customers, and international offices/agents to manage and follow up on all shipment requirements.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with assigned key customers and overseas agents to ensure high satisfaction and foster long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Create and document internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) according to customer requirements and align them with the local operations team for smooth execution.
- Coordinate on strategic assignments with the Key Account Manager and Managing Director.
- Investigate and plan the most appropriate and cost-effective routes, with a specialized focus on optimizing air freight shipments.
- Take and evaluate enquiries from overseas offices/agents to source competitive costs.
- Source air freight and inland transportation costs from the internal concern team and external suppliers, providing timely and accurate solutions.
- Study and clarify RFQ (Request for Quotation) conditions with overseas offices/agents and customers. Develop and propose pricing strategies based on current market trends and conditions to achieve established targets.
- Conduct research and analysis of market trends and conditions to inform strategic pricing and operational decisions
- Monitor all cargo movements closely and coordinate proactively with the operations team to arrange logistics precisely as per customer requirements.
- Ensure all deadlines are met and proactively handle customer and agent feedback to resolve issues swiftly and efficiently.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in the Freight Forwarding/ Logistics, with a strong background in Air Freight being a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in English, with strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, especially Excel formulas).
- Open-minded, eager to learn, and able to work well in a team and maintain flexible hours when needed.
