About the job Dealer Sales Representative
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Upcountry / Sub-Distributor / Dealer Sales Representative with a strong background in FMCG, Cosmetics, or Personal Care products. This is an on-field role responsible for expanding distribution coverage across Thailand by appointing and managing sub-distributors and dealers in all regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand upcountry markets by appointing sub-distributors and dealers in assigned regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key regional partners.
- Achieve sales targets and distribution expansion goals.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales performance, stock availability, and merchandising.

Identify new business opportunities and market potential in each region
- Coordinate with the Bangkok head office on sales plans, promotions, and product launches.

Provide market feedback, competitor analysis, and sales reports to management.
Qualifications & Requirements

Experience in FMCG / Cosmetics / Personal Care industry.

Strong on-field sales experience, preferably in distributor or dealer management.

Willingness to travel frequently outside Bangkok.

Proven ability to appoint and manage sub-distributors / dealers nationwide.

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Language Requirements
