Plant Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in Prachinburi. You will be responsible for driving world-class manufacturing solutions, ensuring peak plant performance, and delivering strategic growth for shareholders, employees, and the local community.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operational Strategy: Drive key initiatives to meet Gross Profit targets, optimize productivity, and manage manufacturing costs.
• EHS Leadership: Champion a "zero-harm" culture, ensuring full regulatory compliance and a world-class safety environment.
• Quality Excellence: Own the quality system to minimize complaints and ensure 100% conformance to customer standards.
• Cost & Efficiency: Lead Lean/Kaizen projects to improve OEE, increase yield, and reduce scrap/waste.
• People & Culture: Build leadership depth and a high-performance culture through coaching, succession planning, and active engagement.
• Innovation & Growth: Support New Product Introductions (NPI) and collaborate with regional Sales, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams on demand planning and product strategy.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Automation (MBA or Master's in Engineering preferred).
• Experience: 15+ years in MNC manufacturing, with at least 10 years in senior management (Plant Management, Operations, or Supply Chain).
• Technical Skills: Proven track record in Lean, Kaizen, automation, and business system integration.
• Soft Skills: Strong resilience, hands-on leadership, and the ability to thrive outside your comfort zone.
• Communication: Native or professional-level English (written and verbal) is essential.
• Mobility: Ability to travel regionally for site visits and customer meetings.
