Senior IT Solution Consultant

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT company with broad knowledge of Applications, Servers, Networks, Databases, Security, Digital Transformation (DX), and AI.
• Able to analyze customer requirements, design business processes, and propose suitable IT solutions aligned with business needs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Good command of English with strong problem-solving, logical thinking, stakeholder management, and multitasking abilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end IT solution consulting, including requirement gathering, solution design, project coordination, and vendor management.
• Analyze business processes and operational requirements to identify opportunities for digital transformation and process improvement.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with technology vendors, conduct vendor evaluations, and support business planning activities.
• Support solution areas such as Microsoft Modern Workplace, AI & Data Analytics, Infrastructure, Cloud, and emerging technology initiatives.
