Mechanical Technician

  • Monitor and record operational data of cooling systems (Chiller, Cooling Tower, CRAC/CRAH) via BMS to ensure temperature and humidity are maintained according to standards.
  • Manage water supply and drainage systems to maintain cooling system stability.
  • Execute scheduled maintenance tasks, such as replacing air filters, inspecting belts, cleaning coils, and checking lubrication systems.
  • Supervise contractors (Vendors) to ensure work compliance with safety standards and document all activities in the CMMS.
  • Strictly adhere to safety protocols (PPE, LOTO, Confined Space) and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) in case of system failures.

Electrical Technician

  • Monitor and record the status of primary electrical systems (UPS, Batteries, Generator, PDU/MDB) via BMS to report any abnormalities immediately.
  • Maintain the electrical room's organization, cleanliness, and safety according to 5S standards.
  • Execute scheduled maintenance tasks, such as cleaning electrical panels, checking battery electrolyte levels, and replacing basic electrical components.
  • Support critical system testing, such as ATS testing and routine Generator Test Runs.
  • Supervise contractors (Vendors), document work in the CMMS, and strictly follow safety regulations (PPE, LOTO).
  • Follow SOPs during power failures to restore systems to normal operation as quickly as possible.

Qualifications

  • Vocational Certificate (Voc. Cert.) or High Vocational Certificate (High Voc. Cert.) in Electrical Power/Electronics (for Electrical) or Automotive/Mechanical/HVAC (for Mechanical).
  • 3-5 years Prior experience in high-rise building systems or Data Centers is a plus.
  • Understanding of fundamental mechanical/electrical systems and the ability to read technical drawings (P&ID/Wiring Diagrams).
  • Specialized professional certifications (e.g., Interior Electrician License, HVAC Technician License) are considered an advantage.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (Word, Excel, Email).
  • Able to work in shifts, detail-oriented, and highly motivated to learn international engineering standards.
