Job Description

  • Lead and coordinate end-to-end IT infrastructure projects from initiation through completion, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, budgets, resources, and success criteria.
  • Develop project plans and monitor project progress, timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet agreed quality and business requirements.
  • Coordinate with customers, project engineers, vendors, and management; facilitate project meetings, provide regular status updates, and ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.
  • Conduct onsite vendor supervision and implementation coordination while identifying and resolving project issues, risks, and technical requirements to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure all activities, processes, and deliverables comply with project standards, customer requirements, and organizational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Male, aged 26–30 years, with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, Business Computer, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Project Implementation and approximately 1–3 years of experience in an IT Infrastructure Project Management role.
  • Good understanding of Enterprise IT Infrastructure, with basic technical knowledge of networking and system infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, including project planning, scope management, schedule management, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, documentation, and requirement clarification skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and demonstrate a service-oriented and team-player mindset.
