Warehouse Sopervisor (Good English, Nakhon Pathom)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily inbound and outbound activities (receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping). Maximize storage space and enforce FIFO/FEFO rules.
• Collaborate with Production, Logistics, Quality, and Procurement to guarantee timely supply and dispatch.
• Lead cycle counts and annual audits. Track stock movements, maintain high stock accuracy, and report variances using the ERP system.
• TAssign daily tasks, train and evaluate warehouse staff, and maintain productivity and workplace discipline.
• Enforce 5S, safety standards, and proper PPE use. Maintain compliance with GMP, ISO, and BRCGS regulations. Handle incident reporting and corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Thai national with a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• 5 years of warehouse experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role (manufacturing background preferred).
• Good English language skills.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
