Data Center BMS Technician (นวนคร, ปทุมธานี)

Responsibilities

• Monitor dashboards for HVAC, electrical, and environmental systems; handle and escalate alarms per the severity matrix to maintain zero downtime.
• Execute scheduled routine maintenance, inspections, and testing of automation hardware, including DDC controllers, sensors, and actuators.
• Diagnose control loops, troubleshoot communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks), and calibrate temperature, pressure, humidity, and flow sensors.
• Update user interfaces, adjust setpoints, configure alarms, manage schedules, and set up trend logs using automation software.
• Assist in integrating third-party systems (Chiller Plants, CRAH/CRAC units, VFDs, power meters, fire protection) into the main BMS platform
• Log incidents, work orders, and equipment history in CMMS/CAFM systems; maintain software backups and shift reports.
• Strictly adhere to site safety protocols, Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and Permit-to-Work (PTW) procedures.

Qualifications:

• Education: Associate degree or Technical diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation engineering.
• Experience: 2–5 years of relevant technical experience in critical or mission-critical environments.
• Proficiency in building automation systems and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong working knowledge of network communication protocols, control loops, and hardware maintenance.
• Knowledge of building management laws and regulations, including safety standards, emergency evacuation procedures, and environmental compliance.
