Production Engineer

As the Production Team Lead, you will be a founding member of brand-new manufacturing facility in Thailand. You will lead, supervise, and coordinate the daily operations of our automated production lines, specifically focusing on high-precision plastic injection molding and the intricate assembly of functional cosmetic packaging.

This role requires a hands-on leader who bridges technical expertise in plastic processing with excellent supervisory skills to build an efficient, safety-conscious, and high-performing production team from the ground up.

Job Scope:

• Production line management. Arrange production activities according to the production plan.
• Management of raw material and finish good.
• Management and application of fixtures and tools.
• Check and Audit for the quality of the first piece.
• Shop floor control, audit and supervision.
• Transferring and tracking for the mass production of new product.
• Exploring, reflecting, and taking action for production issues.

Requirements:

• Thai national only
• Bachelor's Degree in Plastics, Mechanical, Industrial, and Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4-5 years' experience in Production and Engineering (with supervisory experience preferred)
• Backgrounds open from Plastic, Chemicals, Molding, Packaging, or Printing industries.
• Strong inter-personal skill and leadership.
• Good command of both spoken and written English. (Chinese is plus).
• Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
• A "builder" mindset—comfortable with the ambiguity and pressure of a new plant setup.
• Able to train overseas for many months before coming back to apply knowledge.
