Production Manager (Home Appliance)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, with strong experience in manufacturing operations.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Production Management, leading teams, improving productivity, and managing factory operations.
• Strong leadership, people management, and continuous improvement skills with a focus on quality, efficiency, and cost control.
• Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to communicate effectively across functions and management levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery targets are achieved.
• Drive manufacturing efficiency improvements through process optimization, workforce management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and coach production teams to enhance performance, technical capability, and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies while supporting plant-wide operational goals.
