Network Engineer (Implementation)

Job Description

• Lead enterprise network implementation projects by gathering customer requirements, providing technical consultation, and preparing project documentation including design, implementation plans, and final deliverables.
• Install, configure, and deploy network infrastructure solutions, including Cisco LAN, Cisco/Aruba Wireless, and network security technologies, while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate and manage third-party vendors throughout project execution, monitor implementation progress, resolve technical and process-related issues, and proactively identify project risks with appropriate escalation.
• Troubleshoot network and implementation issues through root cause analysis, provide effective technical solutions, and support cloud networking environments (AWS/Azure) while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in network implementation or project engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with enterprise network design and implementation, Cisco LAN, Cisco/Aruba Wireless solutions, and network security technologies such as firewalls and ACLs; AWS/Azure knowledge is an advantage.
• Cisco certifications (CCNA or CCNP) are preferred, with the ability to create technical documentation and deliver network implementation projects successfully.
• Good command of English with excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, project coordination, vendor management, teamwork, and customer service skills.
