Job Descriptions:

• Assemble and test products on the production line.
• Wire and connect components using technical drawings and work instructions
• Follow BOM/ breakdown sheet, quality and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) guidelines
• Report defects, quality, or work efficiency issues to the production leader.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain 5S standards.
• Pick, pack, and sort defective components or finished goods.
• Inform maintenance of machine issues.
• Work with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Experience in box building or electrical assembly is a plus.
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience (preferred)
• Willing to rotate between day and night shifts every quarter.
• Able to interpret blueprints or electrical diagrams
• Basic computer skills (MS Office).
• Comfortable working in a standing position.
• Good attitude and able to follow instructions
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
• Positive attitude, willing to learn and adapt to new tasks.
