- Attend inter-department meetings to address on project requirements
- Prepare development/project brief, which include setting cost/budget, time, and quality objectives for the project (AEI)
- Meet up with consultants, contractors, authorities to understand the progress
- Identify potential construction related issues or contractual disputes and effect appropriate solutions
- Supervise to ensure trades are done in a proper and skilful way, in accordance with approved plans and in accordance with relevant laws and rules & regulations set by the WA Building Commission
- Meet up with architect, contractor and client representative of both side on defects issue
- Mitigate disputes with contractor, buyers and/or adjoining owners or authorities
- Liaise with government bodies on DA & BP approval and regulations restriction and conditions
- Understanding, ensuring and compliance to Applicable Building Standards
- Ensuring and binding to Consultancy Service Agreement & all Contractual Obligations
- Liaise with in-house legal team, and company hired lawyer if necessary
- Propose, review and recommend consultants/contractors/suppliers and staff for the project/AEI
- Manage logistic and resources issues
- Assist to provide information and work with marketing and leasing team to conclude documentation
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture/Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Structural Engineering/Construction Management, Building Sciences or Quantity Surveying
- Experience with full cycle Indonesia Projects is highly desirable
- Relevant 10 years experience in projects / construction management
- In-depth understanding of technical construction,Budgetary control and project management
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications
