• Responsible for sales of Spare Part, General Service, and Modification
• Handle customer sales enquiries/ complaints on regarding modification/spare parts/ service
• Work with Equipment Sales Account/ FSO Technical/ Direct Dealing with customers
• Handle customer enquiry, RFQ, make sales proposal and quotation activities
• Responsible for sales negotiation and closing of sales.
• Liaise with customer, Japan counterpart for urgent delivery issue and any commercial sales/ spec/ price issue.
• Responsible for Japan factory engineer labor order and process
• Bi-weekly/ Monthly reporting for sales of spare parts, service, modification, sales forecast update (Customer account based)
• To analyse monthly sales invoice of modification/ spare parts, and the forecast planning

Requirements

• Candidates should possess at least a Diploma/ Degree
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive and able to work with little direct supervision
• Ability to work independently as well as a good team player
• Team player with good communication skills, documentation and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
