Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with current resellers to successfully meet predetermined business goals, boosting sales growth, and increasing market share.
  • Identify new prospects and assessing their position in the market; researching and analyzing sales options, for new resellers; and sourcing for direct business relationships with jewellery manufacturers/pawnbrokers in selected SEA countries.
  • Participate in regional trade events and meetings that help resellers' local sales efforts. Provide resellers with training that covers industry expertise and the introduction of new items. Analyze the activity of competitors and the success of channels, categories, and sales to find business prospects.
  • Respond to customer inquiries received by phone or email, handle complaints, work closely with engineers and customer service to resolve application and technical issues, support marketing to create original marketing materials to raise brand and product awareness.

Job Requirements:

  • A diploma or degree in business or any related field, at least two years of experience in regional sales in the B2B sector, and willingness to travel.
  • Self-motivated, practical, street savvy, independent, and well-organized.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on the needs of the consumer.
  • Knowledge of the diamond, gemstone, and gemmological industries will be advantageous.
