- Partner and support the Overseas business heads and managers to handle in a proactive and consultative approach on the full spectrum of end-to-end process of HR activities including recruitment, onboarding management, transfer, exit
- management, preparation of employee letters, performance management, etc.
- Handle all HR letters/documents after onboarding such as Employment contract, Confirmation letter, Bonus letter, Promotion letter, etc.
- Serve as a main point of contact for Overseas business units and play a critical role in aligning best HR solutions to the business.
- Handle the full cycle of talent acquisition including identifying organizational staffing requirement, job posting, shortlisting qualified candidates, etc.
- Maintain and update recruitment portals.
- Ensure job description and KPIs are in place for each position in the company.
- Create and maintain proper employees P-files.
- Handle enquiries from employees on payroll, leave and benefit matters.
- Follow-up with employees on leave applications and dissemination of attendance report.
- Handle work visa application, renewal, cancellation, etc.
- Conduct hiring interviews and exit interviews.
- Co-ordinate training courses for employees.
- Support in annual appraisal for Overseas offices and ensure execution is within stipulated timeline.
- Prepare and coordinate annual budgeting exercise for all overseas office.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess minimally diploma in Business Management/Human Resource management or equivalent.
- Work experience of minimum 3-4 years in human resources with exposure to regional HR
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
- Sound knowledge of labour regulations and practices
- Good communicator, meticulous with strong organizational skills
- Highly adaptable to fast-paced environment
