Event Coordinator
Job Description:
- Assist the Event Manager in the planning and execution of the event.
- Develop and manage detailed event schedules and timelines.
- Coordinate event logistics such as venue selection, transportation, catering, and equipment.
- Communicate with vendors, sponsors, and clients to ensure that all needs are met.
- Assist with on-site event management and problem-solving.
- Provide administrative support, such as handling paperwork and maintaining records.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in event management, marketing, business, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in event planning or related fields.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of event planning processes and procedures.
- Ability to manage budgets and financial services.
