Event Coordinator

 Job Description:

  • Assist the Event Manager in the planning and execution of the event.
  • Develop and manage detailed event schedules and timelines.
  • Coordinate event logistics such as venue selection, transportation, catering, and equipment.
  • Communicate with vendors, sponsors, and clients to ensure that all needs are met.
  • Assist with on-site event management and problem-solving.
  • Provide administrative support, such as handling paperwork and maintaining records.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in event management, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in event planning or related fields.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of event planning processes and procedures.
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial services.
