Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers within target companies to understand their certifications and professional standards development needs and promote our professional services as a solution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, acting as a trusted advisor and resource for their needs.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and customize proposals to address the specific requirements of corporate clients.
- Negotiate and finalize proposal and contracts, ensuring that terms and conditions are favorable to both parties.
- Provide regular reports and updates to reporting Manager on sales performance and pipeline status.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand brand awareness and generate leads.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Communication, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales
- Strong relationship-building and account management skills with the ability to establish and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to understand client needs and customize solutions accordingly.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
