Project Assistant (Temporary)

 Job Description:

As a Project Assistant, you manage the companys projects to ensure completion within the approved timeframe and budget and according to customers requirements.

Project Management

  • Manage projects through monitoring of activities, resources, equipment and information and troubleshoot issues that arise.
  • Plan out projects according to customers requirements, scope and objectives by analysing the risks and opportunities, and breaking projects into action items and timeframes.
  • Ensure standards and customer requirements are met by conducting regular quality assurance tests and collaborating with the project team to eliminate blockers.
  • Coordinate and facilitate timely communication between project stakeholders and ensure tasks assigned to internal teams are completed according to schedule.

Project Documentation

  • Prepare and maintain a comprehensive set of project documentation, including plans, reports and all appropriate legal paperwork such as contracts and terms of agreements.

Job Requirements

  • Min O Levels
  • At least 1 year of experience in project management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Possess effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organised and able to meet deadlines.
  • Required to have own bike for transportation
