Job Description: 

Setup, manage, drive, monitor and improve the company's technology infrastructure (include full telecommunications, hardware and back end software) and recommend any upgrades required to the senior leaders
As a team lead, support head of BIO to manage company technology and business application policies, including information policy, data/information access, network security, sustainability and regulatory compliance
Around the clock, be conscious and put in place mechanism to ensure Legend Logistics Limited Enterprise Infrastructure are not compromised by negligence or due diligence/audit process/daily self check procedures (in country or global landscape)
99.95% uptime, real time visibility in monitoring - capacity, traffic, potential disruption (spam, virus), unlicensed product/access into company assets/network, prompt backup and archiving procedures on business data/electronics data
Work as a team with SAP Program functions and Technology Engineering solution team to explore, review, innovate adaptive/scalable solution (include Telcos/mobility solution) to enable business operational excellence and clients' support

Requirements:

At least 15 years in infrastructure technology space (on premise or cloud), with profound knowledge to analyse, plan and design Legend Logistics Limited technology platform needs and execute such plans and designs (with hosting partner, core enterprise partner)
Have been working in logistics execution environment covering shipping, transportation, warehousing and international freight management (shipper or logistics service provider environment) not less than 15 years with understanding of the complex network interface, data flow and exchange required for business
Have experienced working with Small Medium Enterprise within Singapore/Malaysia, that embark on SAP S4 HANA as core enterprise adoption, with experience partnering with hosting partner, ERP partner, network partner to ensure a healthy eco-system
Ideal knowledge in ISO Tank, Container TEU freight management or shipping (as a shipper or logistics service provider)
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related Computer Engineering field
Proven Infrastructure Service Manager with certification with PRINCE2, CISSP, CISM, CCSK,ISSMP, CCNP from accredited certification body, and have supported at least 2 successful major SAP S4 HANA Core Enterprise implementation and regional rollout
