Finance Manager (Global)

Job Description:
  • Execute full spectrum of finance and accounting activities
  • Ensure timely and accurate month end closing and financial reporting to management
  • Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (e.g. reviewing work performed by finance team, GL entries and intercompany invoicing)
  • Lead the annual audit and tax preparation including liaison and co-ordination with external auditors and tax agents
  • Ensure compliance with all finance statutory requirements (e.g. audit, income tax, GST, anti-money laundering and etc) and internal policies
  • Establish and review internal control procedures and process improvement including leading new process / system implementation
  • Prepare annual budgeting and bi-yearly forecasting and any ad hoc business review / analysis
  • Business partner with the various stakeholders to meet financial targets
  • Coach and develop Finance team

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy or any professional qualifications (ACCA/CA)
  • At least 2-5 years of working experience in cross-border reporting
  • Candidates with Big 4 audit background have an added advantage
  • Candidates with experience in logistics industry have an added advantage
  • Meticulous, independent and able to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
  • You should possess good communication skills, with the ability to work in teams
  • Travelling to SEA offices up to 30%
