Job Description:

• Lead and drive & oversee the growth and strategic development of Indonesia offices based on Company's Integrated logistics business, business needs and market trends
• Build profitable and customer-focused offices with independent local management teams capable of driving business growths.
• Ensure that all offices achieve their Key Performance Indicators (KPI) on revenue, service quality and profit.
• Set up annual budgets for local Managers and ensure that budgetary goals are achieved with a system of appropriate costs controls to
• manage business risks.
• Evaluate and recommend key investments in equipment, infrastructure, and talent to meet the demands of the business.
• Lead, nurture and motivate the team by providing an inclusive environment that values diversity.
• Ensure that all offices are aligned to the corporate strategies in terms of focus on verticals, branding and marketing materials, compliance, media strategies etc.
• Liaise with HQ and provide Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reports on the business and performance of Indonesia offices.
• Any other tasks assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain or any related discipline
• Minimum 5- 8 years of work experience in senior management capacity in logistics industry.
• Proven track records of setting up new logistics offices in Indonesia
• Competent communicator with good networking abilities.
