Digital Marketing Manager
Job Description:
- Manage overall digital marketing strategies
- Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs across all digital channels including web, SEO/SEM, social media, ads and display advertising campaigns, in line with business priorities
- Develop strategic communications plans for engagement, promotional dissemination to relevant target audience of brand and marketing content, including planning, implementation and tracking of digital marketing campaigns
- Conduct research on market trends, brands audiences and competitors, and end-to-end customer journey to drive engagements and conversions
- Planning and controlling the digital marketing budget and spending by allocating budgets to different channels
- Analyse digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimisation plans
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs) for clients and internal consumption
- Lead the department and support each team member to meet individuals KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field
- At least 3 years experience in Digital Marketing industry
- Strong hands-on experience with organic search tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, WordPress, Ahrefs, ScreamingFrog, SE Ranking, and other SEO platforms
- Strong in SEO / SEM + SMA
- Experience with CRM systems and HubSpot will be an added advantage
