Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in HR administrative tasks by maintaining accurate personnel records on HR portal, and coming up of HR contracts, letters and other paperwork.
  • Do payroll administration which includes overtime computation, salary adjustment, and resignees' salaries and tax issues.
  • Assist in full recruitment and work life cycle process which includes administrating employee benefits
  • Involve in performance management and administering training needs of employees.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration and Human Resources, or others relevant qualification.
  • At least 1 year of expertise handling payroll and administrative tasks related to human resources.
  • Knowledge of INFO-TECH software and familiarity in government portals will be advantageous.
  • High interpersonal and relationship-building skills
